Well another start to the week, we walked around the Manti temple to pray. After praying for a while a temple guard came up to me a asked what was going on. I told him that we were praying, he asked if we were praying one at a time and I told him yes. He asked me to tell everyone to stop praying on sacred temple grounds, but I refused. After a while as we were praying he interrupted us an told us to stop praying because prayer was not allowed on temple grounds! Yikes!We had some feisty discussions with him an finally walked on an prayed while walking around the temple!
I never thought it would be wrong to pray at "God's" temple! Crazy stuff indeed.
Well thats how the week started, go figure just like Satan to resist prayer! More later.....
